Registration

Each student must be registered with the School. On the first day of the course at the latest you will be asked to complete a Registration Form. All international students with a student's visa should provide their passport so that visa details can be recorded.

School Fees

School fees must be paid in full before the course begins. School fees are non-refundable except in extreme circumstances and entirely at the discretion of the School.

Cancellation

All fees will be returned to a student or his/her representative in the event of a cancellation 21 days or more from the start of a course. If a student cancels less than 21 days from the beginning of a course, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total course fee will be charged.

Refusal of Visa

A full refund will be provided if a student is refused a student visa, on receipt of original documentary evidence of visa refusal (i.e. a rejection letter).

Removal From Course

The School reserves the right, as a last resort, to remove students from the course with no refund of fees, in cases of repeated absence or abusive behaviour.
